Texas Cop Fired for Giving Homeless Man Feces Sandwich Fired Again for Second Poop Prank

The San Antonio cop fired in November for giving a homeless man a feces sandwich has been fired again for pulling another poop prank.
How can a person be fired twice from the same job?
In the case of San Antonio police officer Mathew Luckhurst, his termination is referred to as an “indefinite suspension,” meaning he is not allowed to show up to work, is not getting paid and has been told he is not welcome back.

Minnesota Cop who Fired at Car for Mistakenly Backing into Him Charged with Felonies

A Minnesota cop who shot at a car filled with young women after they accidentally backed up into his patrol car was charged with two felonies Tuesday.
It was a fender bender, but Minneapolis police officer Efrem Hamilton said he was in fear for his life when he jumped out his car and fired a single shot within three seconds.
The bullet struck the side of the car, not striking any of the six women inside, who had nothing to do with the nightclub fight he was responding to in November.

The man then speeds away with the other bikers as the video cuts out.

A Florida deputy was suspended Tuesday for allegedly leaking a video of the man opening fire at Fort Lauderdale airport last week to TMZ, a news site known to pay big money for videos that will go viral.
Broward County sheriff’s deputy Michael Dingman is believed to have used his cell phone to record an airport security monitor showing shooter Esteban Santiago opening fire inside the airport terminal.
His own reflection from the airport monitor that ended up on the leaked video is what gave him away.

Award-Winning Michigan Cop Charged with Shooting Teacher in School, then Lying to Cover up for Himself

An award-winning Michigan school resources officer who fired a gun inside a classroom last year, striking a teacher in the next room – then acting as if somebody else fired the shot, leading to the school being placed on lockdown as they searched for an imaginary gunman, – was criminally charged last week.
Bay County sheriff’s deputy Adam Brown, a former “Officer of the Year,” is now facing up to six years in prison for the negligent shooting and the ensuing coverup.

California Cops Come Close to Killing Sleeping Man with Gun-Shaped Cell Phone Case

After coming close to killing a man over a cell phone case shaped like a gun, police in California are warning citizens to think twice about using such devices.
After all, the next time could end “tragically,” as the Alhambra Police Department noted.
And we could have told you that knowing how cops will confuse anything for a gun, whether it be a smartphone with no gun-shaped attachment, a wallet or just a hand with an index finger extended, which have all gotten people killed by police.

Oregon Cop Appealing Citation for Driving into Doughnut Shop

An Oregon cop who ran a red light and struck a pedestrian before driving his patrol car into a doughnut shop earlier this year was found to have violated department policy and state law.
But Bend Police Corporal Robert Emerson is an award-winning officer, which means he only had to pay a $260 fine for a traffic signal violation.
And he is appealing that, according to KTAU:

Indiana Police Arrest Fire Chief for Trying to Keep Cop from Escalating House Fire

Cops and firefighters clashed after responding to a house fire in Indiana Tuesday, resulting in police arresting the fire chief as the house continued to go up in flames.
Cannelton police say the city’s volunteer fire chief, Christopher Herzog, pushed and shoved one of their officers, which is why they arrested him for felony battery against a police officer.

An Arkansas cop ordered a schizophrenic man to pull his hands out of his pocket Monday evening, only to shoot him when the man extended an empty hand towards the cop.
Little Rock police officer Kalvin Snow then shot the man again after he had fallen to the ground because he once again extended his hand towards the officer.
Gary Johnson, who was not armed, is listed in critical condition at a local hospital.
