Pennsylvania Cops Terrorize Elderly Couple After Confusing Hibiscus Plants for Marijuana

Armed with assault rifles, Pennsylvania cops forced a 66-year-old woman out of her home, handcuffing her in her underwear while ransacking her home, looking for marijuana.
They ended up finding only hibiscus plants.
Buffalo Township police also handcuffed her 69-year-old husband at  gunpoint after he arrived home and finding a dozen cops rummaging through their home, looking for the non-existing marijuana plants.

A video posted to Facebook shows nine Rhode Island cops firing more than 40 shots at a couple in a white pick-up truck, killing a man and seriously injuring a woman, who they suspected stole a police cruiser on November 9.
But they ended up killing the wrong man as the man they were looking for was not even in the truck.
“I don’t know what they believed, and their justification for the use of force,” Providence Public Safety Commissioner Steven Pare told WPRI-TV Thursday.

Four New Jersey Cops Charged in Beating of Innocent Man Engulfed in Flames

The man with the camera was in shock as he witnessed a man on fire rolling around on the sidewalk after a fiery crash.
“Help him out! Help him out!” he yelled to the New Jersey cops who were pulling up to the scene with sirens wailing.
Instead, they kicked and beat him, dragging him into the street before handcuffing him.
Meanwhile, the man they were chasing was running away from the scene.
On Thursday, four Jersey City police officers were criminally charged, including two with attempted murder.

But another test determined it was only glaze from a Krispy Kreme doughnut.
Dan Rushing, 65, was arrested in December 2015 following a traffic stop after Orlando cop Cpl. Shelby Riggs-Hopkins observed flakes on his floorboard, which she first suspected was crack, then crystal meth.

Ohio Deputy Shoots Photojournalist Trying to Photograph Traffic Stop

Fearing for his life over a video camera, an Ohio sheriffs deputy shot a photojournalist Monday night who was setting up his camera on a tripod.
New Carlisle News photographer Andy Grimm was struck on the side and was rushed to the hospital where he is expected to survive.
Clark County sheriff’s deputy Jake Shaw apparently confused the camera for a gun.
Grimm, who says he knows Shaw through his job, said he had pulled into a parking lot to photograph the deputy making a traffic stop.

But Vera O’Reilly only filed a complaint against Gulf County sheriff’s deputy Brian Smith after he had purchased an airline ticket to visit her in Canada.
And Smith only resigned after O’Reilly’s initial complaints to the department went ignored and she turned to a retired cop turned private investigator who publicized the video showing Smith masturbating.
