A Texas sheriff is speaking out against the Child Protective Services after a foster dad who took in 180 young girls was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting at least five of them.

It was about profit.
“I’m aggravated at the whole system,” Brown said.

Good Cop who didn’t Shoot Suicidal Man with Unloaded Gun Sues West Virginia City for Firing him Over it

A good cop who decided to negotiate with a suicidal man with an unloaded gun instead of killing him filed a lawsuit against the West Virginia city that fired him over it.
The Weirton police officers who did shoot and kill the suicidal man kept their jobs.
According to the suit, officer Ryan Kuzma, who fired the fatal shot that killed 21-year-old Ronald William, sent text messages to the fired officer, Stephen Mader, calling him a “coward” who “didn’t have the balls to save his own life.”

WATCH: Texas Deputy Respects PINAC Reporter’s Right to Record Naval Base Because it’s not Against the Law

A Texas deputy responding to call of suspicious activity about a PINAC reporter recording outside a military base not only ended up respecting his right to record the base from public, but his right to remain anonymous.
However, Kleberg County sheriff’s deputy E. Gonzalez acknowledged his agency’s policy is to identify all “suspicious” people, even though he made an exception to David Worden after contacting his supervisor.

Miami-Dade Cop Relieved to be Wearing Body Cam After Woman Tries to Bribe Him Despite Union’s Attempt to Block Cameras

After a long battle by the Miami-Dade police union to keep officers from wearing body cameras beginning a couple of years ago, the attempt failed and officers began wearing the cameras last April, much to the dismay of the department’s union president, who said the cameras would place officers’ lives at risk.
But last month, one officer said he was grateful for the cameras after it recorded a woman trying to bribe him during a traffic stop.

Florida Cop Nailed With Felony Witness Tampering Charge While Defending Underage Sex Crime Allegations

The world’s smallest police station just got a little lonelier, as a Florida cop working for the panhandle town of Carrabelle got nailed with a second round of felony criminal charges.

WATCH: California Cops Cursed Out By Angry Man at DUI Checkpoint, Did Right Thing In the End

A viral video begins with California cops berated, just for doing their jobs, by an angry man at a DUI checkpoint because the officers arrested his spouse and were about to send his only means of transportation to the impound lot.
Sole registration of the vehicle was in her name, and the man wanted the car released to him.
City of Gardena Police said that they could only release it to the named registered owner.
No if, ands, or buts.
A look at California law revealed, however, the exasperated citizen was right.

Georgia Deputy Who Upheld Constitution in Viral Video Passes Away

One of our favorite law enforcement officers – perhaps our all-time favorite officer – passed away Sunday, saddening those in the law enforcement community as well as those of us in the PINAC community.
Lieutenant Robert Guthrie of the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office in Southern Georgia suffered a stroke as a result of his long-term battle with high blood pressure.
He was airlifted to a Jacsksonville hospital on Friday and was placed on life support.
On Sunday, he was pronounced dead.

Connecticut Cops Refuse to Shoot Woman Pointing Weapon at Them, Begging to be Shot

The grand jury announcement this week that it would not be indicting the Cleveland police officer who shot and killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice less than two seconds after they exited their car sparked rage, fury and despair for those seeking justice.
Cleveland police officer Timothy Loehmann, after all, had killed a child in a playground for holding an air gun that shoots pellets.
But Loehmann said he was in fear for his life, which was all the grand jury needed to hear.

Florida Deputy Beats Handcuffed Man; Forced to Resign After Fellow Deputy Blows Whistle

A Florida deputy resigned last month after another deputy came forward, accusing him of using excessive force on a handcuffed suspect sitting in the back of a patrol car.
The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office this week released the video from inside the car that led to an internal affairs investigation.
Sergeant Timothy Bammert resigned in the midst of the investigation rather than wait for its outcome.
The video shows the handcuffed suspect sitting in the back of the car when he starts kicking the side of the door, yelling at deputies to “leave my old lady alone.”
