Trump’s foreign policy is in desperate need of a full reset, as a neocon old guard in power could be replaced with a more moderate, youthful team, and where rapprochement with Russia can be implemented for the good of both countries, and the international community.

That there is an active media campaign to misrepresent President Trump’s actions, and his contacts with President Putin of Russia in particular, is confirmed by the media’s reporting of a wholly fictitious ‘second meeting’ between President Trump and President Putin at the G20 summit in Hamburg.

The single most important fact about the Trump-Putin meeting is that it went on for 2 hours, four times longer than planned.  What was supposed to be a brief encounter on the sidelines of the G20 summit became a deep and animated conversation the two men didn’t want to end.
