Rachel Mitchell memo exposes gaping holes in Ford testimony (Video)

In a story not being reported on by the liberal left mainstream media, veteran sex crimes prosecutor, Rachel Mitchell, who was questioning  Christine Ford and Brett Kavanaugh during the Senate committee hearing, sent a memo to Republican senators calling Ford’s allegations a “he said, she said” case that “is even weaker than that.”

UK government decides to make Tommy Robinson vanish (Video)

Conservative, anti-migrant activist Tommy Robinson was jailed last month for a “breach of the peace” while live-streaming a trial involving a Muslim rape gang outside Leeds Crown Court.
He was sentenced to 13 months in prison for interfering with court proceedings.
Articles about the arrest and subsequent imprisonment of Tommy Robinson were rapidly scrubbed from the internet after the British government put restrictions in place banning any reporting on the matter.
At first he was transferred to a prison that was considered relatively safe.

The ABC’s of America’s Descent into Tyranny

Big Brother does not watch us, by his choice. We watch him, by ours. There is no need for wardens or gates or Ministries of Truth. When a population becomes distracted by trivia, when cultural life is redefined as a perpetual round of entertainments, when serious public conversation becomes a form of baby-talk, when, in short, a people become an audience and their public business a vaudeville act, then a nation finds itself at risk; a culture-death is a clear possibility. — Professor Neil Postman, Amusing Ourselves to Death: Discourse in the Age of Show Business

It is becoming increasingly difficult for the British authorities and for the British media to deny that ‘due process‘ – ie. the well-established system of rules for conducting fair and impartial trials and investigations in order to determine questions of guilt or innocence – are not being followed by the British authorities in the Skripal case.
Here are some of the violations of due process the British authorities which in my opinion the British authorities are committing:

Trump Endorses Gun Confiscation without Due Process

President Donald Trump shocked guns-rights advocates by saying that, when people are thought to be mentally unstable, guns should be taken early, without a court order because that takes too long: “Take the guns first, go through due process second.” Judge Napolitano explains that judges are on-call and must be available in two and a half hours in extreme mental-illness cases, so court action and due-process would not be a serious obstacle to public safety. This is a GUEST POST by DEBADITYA BHATTACHARYA and  RINA RAMDEV   The past few years have not allowed us the respite to prepare for a fight. We were perpetually donning our war-gear – often forced without necessary ammunition into a battle that raged through parliaments and streets and colleges and colonies and our doorsteps. … Continue reading Sexual Harassment in the Academia – What the Hitlist Misses: Debaditya Bhattacharya and Rina Ramdev
