Virginia Port Authority Officer Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

A married Virginia Port Authority officer was arrested on Feb. 14 after police searched his home and charged the officer with 40 counts of child pornography.
WTKR News reports that Officer John Princeton, 51, of the Virginia Port Authority Police Department was specifically charged with 27 counts of possessing obscene material with a minor, and 13 counts of producing, distributing or financing child pornography.

Officer Bret Theil, 38, of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was arrested on Thursday morning after he barricaded himself at his house to avoid being arrested for sexually abusing a member of his family from August 2005 to January 2017.  The victim was just 7 years old when the abuse began.

Texas Cop Arrested For Soliciting Undercover Cop For $60 Sex

Search warrants released Tuesday shed light on new details of Waco, Texas Police Officer Willy Lopez’s arrest on a prostitution charge last week. Additionally the search warrant details an allegation that Lopez had previously recorded a woman cops know to be a prostitute having sex with him.
Lopez, 35, was arrested on Jan. 15 on a Class B misdemeanor charge of prostitution. A member of the Waco Police Department Street Crimes Unit, Lopez was expected to stop prostitution, but instead he used it to his advantage.

NORTH CAROLINA FEMALE COP KILLS HUSBAND, HUSBAND WAS COP TOO

It is not often that a cop kills a cop, especially when they are married to each other.
But a North Carolina sheriff’s deputy killed her husband in a domestic dispute on the Martin Luther King holiday. The police department revealed today that no charges have been filed yet and the case is still under investigation.

Miami Cop Arrested for Snorting Cocaine in Nightclub

The term “Turning up” is used by urban America that describes disorderly conduct via alcohol or illicit drugs. A Miami cop was arrested for “Turning Up” via snorting cocaine up his nose at a popular south Florida club known as E11even Miami.
The nightclub’s surveillance video confirmed his actions. The video hasn’t been released yet because it’s considered investigative file.

Miami Officials Vote to End Revenue Generating Red Light Camera Program

City commissioners in Miami agreed on Thursday to pull the plug on their red light camera program early next year.
The city voted unanimously to cancel its contract with American Traffic Solutions, which operates has 147 cameras placed around the city.
Ninety-eight of them are operational.
Now the company has 60 day to discontinue its lucrative operations in the city.
Citations of $158 per ticket will stop after the program vanishes.
But anyone who receives a ticket before the program ends will be responsible for dealing with it.
