The levels of COVID hysteria in the United Sates show no signs of abating, as Chicago’s Democrat Mayor attempts to do what no other city, or state, has attempted to date – to enforce travel quarantines on its 3 million residents.
If other cities adopt this policy, then very soon, by default, travel inside the United States – and internationally into the country – could stagnate very quickly, thus exacerbating the current economic depression. Will officials also police travel between cities too?
Part of the insanity of the violent demonstrations going on in the United States is the Antifa component who is radicalizing and fomenting extreme violence against police and government forces in many cities around the United States. This we knew from observation as well as for anyone who read newspieces like my own about the Russian analyst who pegged this almost two months ago.
President Trump has enormous media transparency, far more than any president in history. Love him or hate him, his talent at using a hostile media to get his own message out is formidable and apparently quite effective. White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany is a superb and strong lady. After President Trump spoke repeatedly about the importance of preserving national history as it happened, after he signed an Executive Order for the creation of the Garden of Heroes museum, and after he unequivocally denounced the radical leftists who have been attacking innocent people in multiple American cities for over a month, the radical mainstream press was absolutely inflamed. More than that, apparently they huddled before Monday’s daily press briefing, the reporters were of one mind about two questions:

Now entering its third week, the George Floyd protests in America have cascaded into “Black Lives Matter” race demonstrations, as well as rioting and looting which has devastated a number of cities which were already suffering from three months of COVID lockdown. How will it end? Can America’s ‘race’ issues really be fixed?
