A video has emerged, showing the circumstances of the most recent Chicago police killing.
This past Monday night, a new victim emerged, and so did a new video showing that 16-year old Pierre Loury died on the other side of the fence from the police foot pursuit which led to his demise.
Chicago police have shot five citizens and killed three already this year.
Generally speaking, police in America aren’t allowed to even shoot a known felon fleeing, unless it’s clear that he presents an immediate danger to the officer’s safety or the community.

“Fuck the police!” said Joshua Pineda, cop-watcher and Peaceful Streets activist as he left jail, “Especially fucking Mears.”
Austin cop Corporal Mears executed a false arrest of Pineda for “recording too closely” this weekend and charged him with failure to obey a police officer and interfering with public duties.
After Pineda was charged and booked, a magistrate immediately threw out the charges for interfering with public duties.
Pineda still faces a charge of failure to obey a police officer when he refused to get back to a distance that satisfied Corporal Mears.

Complaint censorship is a rising tide on YouTube, threatening to scrub the internet clean of video recorded in public, which people want to take back years later.
A New Hampshire citizen journalist recorded a public conversation on a sidewalk and posted it to YouTube (see below) where it went viral, getting over 1,000,000 views, but now someone is using complaint censorship to claim a privacy right, on a public sidewalk.
Complaint censorship uses illegitimate claims to bog down news and public interest videos on YouTube.

“Dude, that is the craziest shit I’ve ever seen done to somebody in my whole fucking life,” said the stunned witness recording NYPD make a “black bag” style arrest.
Cops questioned the man over trouble paying a $2.75 subway fare, and later stuffed him into a body bag as the world watched.

“Don’t stop people unlawfully,” said the Wisconsin man, “Honor your oath, honor your oath.”
A Wisconsin cop was caught on camera doing a traffic stop in an undercover car, and retaliated against the citizen by detaining him for absolutely no reason.
“I’m just curious,” was the Wisconsin cop’s original logic.
When the poor citizen asked the cop to articulate what actual crime he was suspected of committing, the officer could do nothing more than silently nod his head.

A San Antonio school police officer was fired after he was caught on camera body slamming a 12-year-old middle school student, momentarily knocking her out.
We reported about the incident last week before it went viral on mainstream news outlets.

A high school teacher in Texas was caught on video slapping a student on the head five times while calling him an “idiot ass,” leading to her arrest.
Mary Hastings, 63, who teaches geometry at Ozen High School in Beaumont, was charged with assault.
She apparently had unspecified issues with the student that she assaulted because the video shows professional educator Mary Hastings in a furious rage walking in the student’s direction and swiping papers off his desk.
Then she began slapping him in the head.

San Diego police needed three patrol cars and at least four officers to arrest a man recording video just for stepping off the curb.
“This shit,” said the man narrating his own video that’s going viral, which you can see below, “This is what we got to go through in San Diego.”
Prophetic words.
The three San Diego cops performed what looked like a “jaywalking sting” even though the man didn’t appear to impede any traffic on the wide open roads, just to record the police activity.

Should an adult male San Antonio cop ever body slam a preteen girl?
A video uploaded to YouTube shows a San Antonio Independent School District cop named Joshua Kehm body-slamming a 12-year-old girl face-first into concrete on March 29 as you can see in the video below.
It knocked the girl unconscious.
“She landed on her face!” a bystander says after the cop body slams her, apparently leaving her unconscious.
The incident occurred at Rhodes Middle School in San Antonio, Texas.
Officer Kehm then handcuffed the girl and she stands up, walking away with him.

Two Atlanta Hawks players are suing NYPD for damages pegged at up to a combined $75,000,000 for a single false arrest outside a New York nightclub last year.
It all started when one player tried to hand $20 to a homeless person after police closed the nightclub down at 4:15am.
And the NYPD beat up that player.
It knocked him out for the season too.
Hawks starting Small Foward Thabo Sefolosia, missed the end of the season and his NBA team’s run to the Eastern Conference Finals after police broke his fibula and tore ligaments in his ankle too.
