This week I discussed the recent banning of Alex Jones on several tech platforms from two different perspectives. In the first hour Robbie Martin joined me to discuss the negative aspects of this. We talked about the dangers of censorship and what this may mean for the future of alternative media. Then we addressed the latest on the ever evolving Qanon saga. Robbie and I inquired how this may be related to the banning of Jones.
This week I am joined by 9/11 researcher, writer and activist Jon Gold and Robbie Martin of Media Roots. We discuss the legacy of 9/11 and how it continues to impact us on a daily basis, as well as several new developments. We kick off the conversation by looking into the way in which the mainstream and alternative media has moved away from 9/11 as a topic of conversation. Jon talks about his own experiences with in the 9/11 truth movement, and his relationship with many of the family members of victims.
Chuck Ochelli joins me to discuss the aftermath of the violence in Charlottesville and the rise of right wing racist groups. We begin by breaking down the initial protest over the taking down of a statue Robert E Lee. Chuck and I offer up our thoughts not only on America’s new found love of statues from the 1950’s but the make up of this crowd of alt-right protesters. Next Chuck and I explore the racist and racialist history of America and its deep roots in our society. Chuck explains the difference and how racialism has infected most of the population.
In the first hour I am joined by my good friend Lizzy to discuss her recent work in Palestine. Lizzy just returned from the town of Beit Sahour where she was teaching music to child refugees. We talk about Her experiences in actually traveling to Palestine from the US and some of the bizarre realities of this process. I also share some of my own personal experience traveling to Palestine and my trouble when leaving Israel. We then move onto the issue of Islamophobia and discuss the realities of it and how it can subconsciously manifest itself.
Keelan Balderson of WideShut.co.uk joins me today for an in depth discussion of the recent terror attacks in Manchester and London. We begin by looking at the initial narrative that the media presented to us and how that quickly began to change within days of the event. Keelan discusses how the narrative had many of the hallmarks of the 7/7 Terror attacks, such as prior knowledge and security monitoring, slipping through the net, and the calls for internal reviews by MI5. Next to take a closer look at Salman Abedi’s family and the claims that they were Libyan refugees.
Chuck Ochelli and Tom Secker join me today for a discussion on the current “revolutions” going on within society. We start off by looking at Snowden and his role as a synthetic agent of revolution. We then look at the rise of the alt-right and their political rhetoric. We talk about how it has now cool to be a right-winger, and how it is both counter culture and revolutionary to be right wing. We look at the role that the government may be playing in fomenting these so called revolutionary movements.

Brian and I discuss now the genesis of this story is a TMZ article that determined that an OJ reality show was actually impossible to make at this current time.
Tom Secker returns for the second installment of our discussion on the sixth season of Homeland. We begin with a quick recap of the past several episodes before diving into the big themes going on this season.
