By Alex GORKA | Strategic Culture Foundation | 17.12.2017 The Canadian government has given the green light for national defence contractors to sell weapons to Ukraine. This makes Canada a party to the conflict with all ensuing consequences. The decision sets no preconditions for selling the armaments to Ukraine. It has been taken despite the fact that Project Ploughshare and […]

By Prof. Tim Anderson | 21st Century Wire | December 17, 2017 On 17 September 2016 a carefully planned US-led air raid on Jabal al Tharda (Mount Tharda), overlooking Deir Ezzor airport, slaughtered over 100 Syrian soldiers and delivered control of the mountain to DAESH / ISIS. After that surprise attack, the terrorist group held the […]
In the 1980s, when supply-side economics emerged as a competitor to Keynesian macroeconomic thought, it was decried by the Keynesians as “trickle-down” economics. Today the “trickle down” sound bite is used by advocates of big government to mock attempts to enact tax-cut and deregulatory legislation. Supporters of smaller government need to find an effective antidote to its imagery.
When Masterpiece Cakeshop declined to make a cake for a same-sex wedding, they were charged with discrimination. Interestingly, while the Masterpiece case was ongoing, the Colorado Commission found that three secular bakeries did not discriminate based on “creed” when they refused a customer’s request for custom cakes that criticized same-sex marriages on religious grounds.
What role do the technocrats play in the U.S. enfranchised “Liberal World Order” we’ve read so much about? We all know well, by now, the immensely powerful foes of independent thinking in the world. Here’s a short take on Bill Gates, one of the most iconic liberal oligarchs pitted against Putin, free speech, and the people of the world.

Market competition is at the heart of the capitalist system. It serves as the driving force for creative innovation, the mechanism by which supply and demand are brought into coordinated balance for multitudes of goods, and as the institutional setting where individuals freely find their place to best earn a living in society. Yet, listening to the critics of capitalism, competition is made out to be a cruel and dehumanizing process

Russian doping: sports scandal or political game? US officials seem to be driving this latest effort to ban Russian athletes from competing in the Olympic Games. US operatives are claiming that Russia was guilty of a “state-sponsored doping program” before and during the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, as well as prior to the Rio Olympics in 2016. Now US operatives appear to have been successful in banning Russia from competing in the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeong Chang.
What can you really know about Syria through western mainstream media coverage over the last 7 years?

Step by step, Ukraine is becoming an element of NATO’s military infrastructure, which could be used as a springboard for a cross-border attack against Russia.

Is it any wonder after this bait and switch diplomacy that Russia has no trust in the Western powers? Moscow watches US-run NATO oozing ever eastwards. Today, Russia’s leaders firmly believe Washington’s ultimate plan is to tear apart Russia and reduce it to an impotent, pauper nation. Two former Western leaders, Napoleon and Hitler, had similar plans.

According to local media, the C919 took from from Shanghai Pudong International airport for its two-hour maiden flight, and tested major aviation systems.
The first C919 made its maiden flight in May 2017.
Mainstream US media has been devoting enormous energy and time into examining alleged interference in the 2016 elections by other countries. But it is intriguing that it doesn’t inquire into the impact that Israel has had and continues to have on the democratic processes of the United States.
This was an extraordinary year for North Korea. It finally achieved a regime dream going back decades: establishing direct nuclear deterrence with the United States. Despite months of tough rhetoric and war threats from U.S. President Donald Trump, the North pushed on and became the first rogue state to acquire a functional nuclear intercontinental ballistic missile.
-by NoahI've heard it said that everyone has, somewhere on this Earth, a doppelgänger. Doppelgängers are our doubles and they are usually seen as harbingers of bad luck or as an evil twin. How sad would it be if you had a good heart like the Munster family and your doppelgänger was a prominent Republican, or any Republican for that matter. But these three? Well, that's just going way too far!

Despite recent declarations concerning the defeat of the Islamic State, Iraqi forces launched a new operation against the militants in a region around Metabijh. At least 97 people were killed or found dead, and six people were wounded: A pair of mass graves in Sinjar yielded about 90 Yazidi victims, mostly women and children. The withdrawal of Russian military forces from parts of Syria and its consequences caused numerous responses in the political and media circles of the Middle East.
Yahya Al-Aridi, the official representative of the Syrian opposition at Geneva-8 peace talks, announced in this respect that the opposition welcomes any step contributing to the reestablishment of peace in Syria.
Bitcoin mining – the mechanism of creating Bitcoins and approving transactions on the blockchain – consumes prodigious amounts of electricity due to the use of a ‘Proof of Work’ cryptographic algorithm. While some Bitcoin is mined using clean energy (hydropower and geothermal energy, mainly) most Bitcoin is mined using coal, because coal power is both ubiquitous and cheap. Unfortunately,[Read More...]
Being a moralist in the Olympics doesn’t carry you very far. Turn one way, and there are enterprising drug cheats; turn another, there are wads of cash in envelopes finding their inexorable way to an official’s accounts. The challenge of the Olympics is, in a fundamental way, a challenge of institutional decay, ruination and sport as profit. Having the International[Read More...]
After Trump announced his decision on Jerusalem being the capital of Israel to be signaled by moving the U.S. embassy there, the condemnation came swift and strong, as well as the praise coming swift and strong from those supporting the decision – in the latter case mainly the Christian evangelicals and the Israelis. The comments were generally clear, without equivocation.[Read More...]
For some reason, the government wants to keep its UFO programs secret. The Pentagon hides the UFO office and makes it almost impossible to find in its budget requests. Congress obliges with increasingly secretive appropriations for the military UFO hunters, even though the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program went the way of the dodo bird with the retirement of its greatest advocate, Harry Reid.
For the second week in a row, Ahwazi demonstrators poured into the streets across the Arab region of south-western Iran earlier this week to protest against the endemic abuse and injustice they are subjected to by the Iranian regime. Co-Written By Ashish Kumar Singh & Judas Everett South Sudan is a typical example of modern day media saturation, there are only so many cries for UN intervention, only so many pleas for aid and only so much bad news people can absorb before saturation is achieved. We live in a world of denial: The Burmese deny the Rohingya; they call them Bengali even though they have lived in Burma for centuries — some say as early as the 11th century. At the outset, we must confront a bitter fact that it was a ‘transfer of power’ in 1947 which Indian rulers celebrated as ‘Freedom’ and ‘Independence’. If we use a terse coinage, it was a ‘systematic transfer of power’ between the colonial elite (Britisher) and the post-colonial elite (Congress). That is why, the pre-1947 imperial state has been continuing[Read More...]
I have suffered a lot of ridicule over the last few years, along with so many others in the real truth movement, when it comes to trying to get people out there to understand that the so called 'terrorist group" known as "ISIS" is a fraud and a massive hoax.... For years I have been putting up article after article here at this blog trying to reach people with the truth that not only is "ISIS" a massive fraud, but the entire "war on terror" is a massive fraud as well.....
This afternoon, NPR had a special guest: Eminem. NPR isn't a rap station but Eminem's new album, Revival, is socially significant enough for NPR to just just interview him but to promote the interview all day Friday. They knew it would be a big deal, even beyond the (mostly) good music reviews. It should be no surprise that Em is no fan of Señor Trumpanzee-- but if it is...

By now, western audiences are familiar with shocking photos of horrific ‘routine’ torture which has taken place at various U.S. military bases and detention centers in places Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay. Why many westerners will express outrage over these images and condemn such practices, few have been brave enough to acknowledge that Palestinians have endured similar or worse treatment inside Israeli prisons and “interrogation centres” since the 1967 occupation of the West Bank and Gaza.
