Obama-Appointed Judge Stops Trump Asylum Ban as Migrant Caravan Approaches the Border

Judge Tigar said that refugees can seek asylum “whether or not at a designated port of arrival" is used.  According to DHS, 107 people detained between official crossings have sought asylum since Trump’s order went into effect.
