DAMASCUS, SYRIA (8:00 A.M)- Electronic Intifada have leaked a controversial investigative documentary, which uncovers Israel’s control over US foreign policy.
An investigative documentary on the AIPAC Lobby, produced by Al-Jazeera, has been leaked by the pro-Palestine website ‘Electronic Intifada’. The documentary, entitled ‘The Lobby America’, was the sequel to a previous undercover investigative documentary, set in Britain. The program aired, focusing on Israeli government influence in Britain, led to the expulsion from the country of the Israeli Diplomat Shai Mascot.
The government of Qatar – from where Al-Jazzera is operated – was pressured by the Israeli Lobby to stop the release of the controversial documentary. High level sources, in Doha, later claimed that “national security” concerns had been the reason behind preventing the release of the program.
