As stated for a second time: All promotion of the S300's being present in Syria or being a sure thing at this time is speculation that plays into the Usrael propaganda machine- Spreading incorrect information, seems to me, is doing the work of the global tyranny, witting or unwitting. Lavrov made clear if Russia makes this decision it will be made public.
