In addition, he presents the highlights of an exclusive interview with the most powerful woman in Russia, Valentina Matvienko, the president of the Federation Council, and explains why the Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov will not go to Kiev to attend a meeting of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. Lastly, he discusses the fact that the Chinese government-sponsored investors became the owners of the Russian oil stocks, thus taking another step forward in the geostrategic integration of vast Eurasian space.
