Christopher Fogarty on the Irish Holocaust

Christopher Fogarty joins the show to discuss his book Ireland 1845-1850: the Perfect Holocaust, and Who Kept it 'Perfect.' We talk about how Ireland's "famine" was not due to a potato blight but rather was the result of British policy that deprived the native Irish of their land, reduced them to slavery, and prevented them from accessing other forms of food. We also discuss how Ireland's Great Hunger was not the result of mere indifference but was a genocidal policy perpetrated by the British Establishment. Mr. Fogarty's website is irishholocaust.org.
