While the title is self-explanatory, this is a somewhat symbolic show. Most of this material was originally discarded because I found it to be too negative. At this point, I'd like to turn another corner, and start producing a generally more positive and constructive product.
In the first 100 shows, with regard to criticism of the state and its schools, few stones were left unturned. We've covered these problems in great detail, often with a very negative tone. This show represents a purging of that negativity, a purging of the spotlight on problems, and a transition to a greater focus on the important work that still lies ahead: to redefine "education."
