Eric Draitser of StopImperialism.org provides his commentary on the news that Obama will veto any new sanctions on Iran. Draitser explains that Obama is only emboldened to do this since he is already a lame-duck, and has no need to remain quite as subservient to the Israel lobby and other pressure groups as he once was. Draitser argues that this is politics as usual, and that warmongering against Iran will come back with a vengeance as the 2016 Presidential elections come into view.
