Title 42 is a public health order that enables immigration agents to quickly expel illegal immigrants because of concerns the immigrants have COVID-19. If Title 42 is lifted, 18,000 immigrants will cross the border per day, totaling six million per year. The Supreme Court is now hearing arguments in the case.
